I have survived the "wilds of North Carolina"! Pre-cooking that food was a great advantage... all I had to do (really) was heat it up! My best bud and his wife let me set up behind his "glamper" (glamour + camper), so I got all the free-flowing coffee I wanted. It was a real chore writing down all the food that went in to my mouth over this long weekend... hopefully Thursday's weigh in will be kind.
