So day two of the Fat Fast is over. Seems like my body is getting back to normal with the new medicine. Yesterday I had dropped the gain from the meds. Today I have dropped 2 more pounds and have officially busted through the stall I have had for the last couple of weeks. Now I know after the fat fast you will pick back up a couple of pounds, fut if I drop even just one more pound for the next couple days then I am fine with picking a few back up because I will still be through my stall. I am already exploring menus to ease back in after a fat fast.
