Woke this morning at 195.4. That's .2 pounds heavier than my last weigh in. I gotta stop eating junk. I am seriously addicted. Starting tomorrow I will go back to my healthy way of eating with the eggs in the morning and chicken rice and a veggie for lunch and a light healthy dinner. I will get to 189 before September 8th (my birthday) that'll be my new low. Looking forward. Although I'm proud to be in the middle of the 90's I wanna be in the 80's. I can do this and I know i can I just don't want to apparently. Gotta kick it in the bud and get after it if I wanna make my goal by June of next year. Maybe if I mess up too bad I can at least be in the 50's. I don't know but wish my luck that I can kick myself in the rear and get back to healthy eating instead of eating those yummy chips.

Last night I ate brownies. F-ing brownies with candy on top. They weren't even all that good. But damn it, I wanted them. Sometimes will power wins, sometimes the brownies do. The key is to forgive yourself for mistakes and realize they are now the exception and not the rule.

unfortunatly as a female our weights will fluctuate with water weight. Don't let it discourage you. Many factors take effect every month. Water intake increase could be the cause as well. I know when I started I as super dehydrated so when I forced recommended water intake in I ballooned up, but when my body got used to the intake it regulated itself and used the excess water to push out the toxins and junk. Hope this helps :)

Agreed on the water, mine fluctuates 2 pounds up and down even in the 2 years on maint. I average a weight over several days and if it stays the same average count it. Occasionally it will simply stay the same but it is rare.

Anytime you want to see a chart of frustration just take a look at mine. I know I'm in it for the long run so I don't let it bother me. I did hiss at the scale this morning though :)

Well really the chips were the baked ones which isn't neat as bad as say the lays chips my husband eats (we don't like the same chips) but it's not healthy to eat the whole big bag in one sitting. :) I call it bad but the food really isn't as I have through the months made all the unhealthy stuff for my husband. Just have troubles with portions.
