Thurs. March 9 - Eliptical HIT. 20 min warm up at Level 6 Speed 6. Level 10 1 min Speed 6 1 min Speed 7 1 min Speed 8 (difficult to maintain Speed 8). 2 min rest at level 1 Speed 5. Level 11 1 min Speed 6 1 min Speed 7 1 min Speed 8 (difficult to maintain). 2 min rest at level 1 speed 5. Starting to loose legs...no strength left. Attempt at Level 12 but unable to get above speed 5, 5 min of trying and then gave up to do cardio. Recovery after 15 min cardio ok, able to do squat presses on the bosu and some pushups on it too. Good news is that the cardio part was ok all the way through, and if only my legs would keep up, I could have gone longer. Should try with a shorter warm up ( the recommended 4 min in the future?)
