Well Emilygu, you could be up .7# because of water intake while you were out in your yard, you may be drinking more, and it is being retained in your body.
Or it could be that you are building muscles with that work and muscles are smaller than fat, but the same size weighs more?
But it could all be a normal thing, you know we women retain water at certain times of the month, so that could be part of the problem for you.
You are doing great, don't let it bother you!! You are keeping up the fight for a healthier YOU so going up a bit is quite normal for all of us.
It won't take any longer than it takes, you are going on and living so at least you are learning new stuff daily to help you lead a healthier life as you are losing the weight.
Good Luck, God Bless!!

Stress messes with your hormones and will store extra energy in preparation for "fight or flight." I bet if you bring your stress levels down you'll start losing again. Speaking from experience. :)

I assume you WANT to be in accounting? Had to take two accounting courses in college with my marketing minor and that was enough for me. I like math, but accounting put me to sleep. Congrats on the new job. Friend me on LinkedIn ... wayne-key-0a178b29

LinkedIn is a professional networking site. Think facebook, but instead of cat videos and spoilers for Game of Thrones, they have articles about jobs, the economy, and your professional industry. Check it out.
