Great job!!! Remember that all trainers are not created equally! Lol you can loose up to 2 pounds a week if done the correct way! If you feel full don't eat anymore just because someone said you should. To me the weight loss you are posting is not real extreme so just keep doing what you know until you hit a plateau then you can try other things!! 👍🏼

Thank y'all. Yes I thought it was a bit crazy that he thought I should eat that amount. The worst part about it is I didn't even ask for his imput. I am however uping the calories a little bit and carbs a little bit more. Afraid I'll be starving myself and loosing muscle instead of fat. We will see but I think I'm doing pretty damn good. :)

Great job. My goal is my H.S. graduation weight from 45 yrs ago. But, I wasn't really thinking that. It's coincidence. It'll be nice though.
