Craving for the carbs. I guess after a week i'll be fine

Actually, after a while, I started craving veggie, which is weird for me. Maybe my body realized that was the only carbs it was gonna get. :-)

Have you tried any supplenments like Whey , weight gainer , or EAS?

Tried weight gainers. Not even made a 10 grams difference in my weight
