Nothing fancy going on here. No fasts, no acronyms, no books or gurus. 10000+ steps a day, exercise 30 minutes a day, eat real food. That's all I am doing. Actually started at 170 thanks to mega doses of IV steroids. Joined this app's tracking to keep track. :-)
