Just as I resolved to start eating 20 total carbs rather than net, I have suddenly increased and eaten some non-keto foods lately. And I've exceeded my macros in so many other ways too. Time to get back to reality, which is: I choose to gain a slimmer, healthier body! And that's through choosing proper eating! Re-set!

Just started on Keto 2 days ago. I was on it 3 years ago and had great success then I started drinking Mike's Hard Dark Cherry drinks and ballooned up to 168lbs. I am diabetic, high blood pressure and others. I had a tummy tuck last year and now am 137.2. I want to drop and maintain. Stay off the sweets and fruits that I crave. I use Myfitnesspal so probably won't be on here much but thank you for the support Revvit! I am 64 incidentally and retired.
