Got in a little over an hour of ME TIME, so hot and humid, over 80* at 6:00am. Got right on board with Dr.V green smoothie, delicious and filling. Going down to the YMCA today to sign up! 7/7/17, easy to remember. RR in the hospital with heart problems. :(
