Was too excited not to weigh myself today.
And guess what I dropped ten pounds! So glad I didn't let anything discourage me. It's all about hanging in there and being consistent! Yayyy victory.
Here's to being in the 140s in no time! I am sooo elated because I've felt unattractive due to me weight for so long. And I look really good in the 140s. In the 130s, I am genuinely happy with my weight and appearance.
This time around it's more about being healthy and creating sustainable habits but feeling good about myself is Fantastic too ❤ glad I can have both.
I've been going to the gym 5-6 days a week. At the gym I elliptical 5-6 miles a day (sometimes 5-7 miles if I'm super perky :D . Did 7 miles on Wednesday)
Working out makes me feel happy, de-stressed, energetic, alert and alive. I love it!
On the days I don't wanna go because of laziness, I just have some tea and go to the gym. Working out is a non-negotiable especially since the gym is less than 5 minutes away.
