HA! I couldn't take a picture of my plate before eating it because it was 1st meal after a 16 hr fast and I needed to feed the beast. I've tried to do a 24h fast this week and failed. I did succeed with two, 16:8 days and didn't stuff myself silly. I just reset my fasting clock and will attempt another 24. I bet if I were keto adapted, fasting would be easier because I would already be burning fat as fuel. I will keep hacking away at it. I am determined.
