Practice makes perfect!!! Let's round that number you see above to 24hrs. Dang it, it's close enough! I tried to do a 24 hr fast from Sunday to Monday and evening and failed. I tried again and failed Mon - Tue and failed, Tue - Wed failed. I did however SUCCEED with 3 x 16 hr fasts Between Sunday Night and Wednesday afternoon. I am a champion. I succeeded. I broke this fast with chicken salad , 4 strips of bacon, lettuce and red onions on a 12 inch French roll(I know bread, blah, blah) Actually make that a 6 inch roll because I took half put it back in the wrapper and put it in the fridge to eat that for dinner. WINNING.
