One way to make this even more intriguing...add chopped garden herbs. Thus is a way to keep an older fave recipe "fresh." Sure looks good!

Broccoli, Zucchini, Carrots, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, Baby Bella Mushrooms,and to start off cooking the dish I used Garlic and Onions to get the flavor going.
