I just have some really good non-stick pans. I very rarely use oil to be honest because the pan really doesn't let anything stick to it. If I do (because the oil does help the food to cook a little better), I just brush the food I'm cooking with a little grapeseed or olive oil - I use way less than way than putting the oil into the pan. (I do realise that doesn't directly answer your question!)
What pan do you use?

Okay so I already only had a 23.5 BMI, but I just thought that 160 was quite a bit for me, so this is why I'm doing this "diet". JUst ate some boneless chicken breast from Giant Eagle today and it was only a total of 3g of fat and almost 90g of protein, I did add grapeseed oil, but not that much, to the pan for it not to stick, so that added a couple of grams of fat. I was wondering if anyone knows any substitutes that work good to make my pan non-stick that have low fat.
