Even though I forgot my pedometer at home yesterday I went for a walk with a co-worker at lunch. Actually it was more like a walk and drag...he walked and I was dragged along beside him. (he walks very very quickly) I didn't know my size 5s could move that fast!
We walked about 3.5 kilometres.
Best guesstimate I walked about 8000 steps! :)

I hate those guys who take such huge strides while I'm working my butt off to catch up! It's great exercise, though. :P

I can relate, when I go for a walk with a really tall person I have to almost jog to keep up!

It was great exercise! Hopefully after losing a few more pounds I will be able to jog :)
