May 8, 2017 -- Today I ate part of a Symphony Bar. About 300 calories worth. I'm trying to fit it into today's calorie allotment. But it was not good. I succumbed to my sugar addiction, something I've been doing much too often lately. At least this time I'm recording the calories. So maybe the day won't be a total loss. Also, I checked my BMI in the market today on one of their blood pressure machines. My blood pressure is good, normal. But according to the machine, with my height and weight and age, I am technically obese. I had a feeling that was the case, but it was kind of a shock to see it written on the screen. I quickly logged out so no one passing by could see. I felt so ashamed. Tomorrow I'd like to be better and maybe lose some weight. So far I've been maintaining. Okay, until tomorrow, then.
