Really happy I'm eating and keeping under my calorie count. My only problem is when I eat about 5 min later my stomach kills me.

The constant hunger will last about a month. Key is scheduling health snacks during the day. When i started it was breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, night snack. Those snacks were things like a piece of fruit, whole wheat Triscuit, almonds, cheese, etc. Stay away from soft drinks, or if you do drink them drink calorie free drinks. Coke Zero rather tan regular Coke. I refuse to drink anything with calories unless it is a fruit juice... or alcohol.

Maybe it is what you are eating that is giving you stomach problems. Today looks like lots of processed foods. Lots of Coke. Where are the whole nutritious foods like vegetables, unprocessed proteins, fruits. If today's foods are an example of your normal diet your body is crying for nutrient rich foods.

Stay away from "diet" drinks. Research is that they make you gain weight. Try green tea or ice water with a slice of lemon.
