For Saturday, I basically had a fasting day because I refused to buy any takeout but I hadn't planned my meal to take to work. My stomach is grumbling so it's time plan Sunday's meals!
edit: Sunday's over. I didn't stick to keto much less my ideal intake, but I managed to track my foods! This is a win for me. I should be accustomed to tracking my foods and not eating anything from restaurants within a week or two. Once making my own food is second nature again, then I plan to start keto-only.
