I really need help motivating myself to exercise. Any suggestions?

Find something you LOVE to do...then you don't have to motivate yourself. Think about sports/activites you've enjoyed or stuck with in the past and then try to figure out how they are all similar. For me, I needed a competitive sport that wasn't too girly...so I picked karate. (As a bonus, martial arts burns off a heck of a lot of calories.)
