Sunday evening lunch and dinner with friends at an indian restaurant....so laden with beautiful flavoured curries and naan breads!!!! couldn't resist!!!
Then my besties wife gave birth on Monday....so my gym schedule has been totally knocked!!! Today is not going to be any better.
On a good note, I am trying to spread out my calories, the days that I have overindulged, I bank into overdraft some of my calories for the next day...if that makes sense....helps me maintain discipline that that I will not overindulge day after day and ensures that I keep my weekly calorie goals in check at least.
Is this ok?
