It's funny the things you find that have carbs in them. Tomatoes are okay, but tomato sauce, not so much. 10 carbs, not so much, unless you've already eaten 15 with your veggies early in the day. Even with the 10 extra carbs, had an excellent dinner. zucchini, yellow squash, marinara sauce w/chicken sausage. So maybe this is my "carb-loading meal" for the week? Start over next meal, I guess. :)
