HOW????
I took more steps all week!!!
I followed my calorie intake all week!
Only thing I failed to do was drink my water .
That MUST BE IT!!!! WATER. DRINK.
OMG
288.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
