went to gym with the kids and did 2km on the bike , .39 km on crosstrainer but had ot stop cos heart rate went too high. Walked 1.89 km on treadmill but stopped because of chest pain and pain in left arm.
Went for swim but only managed 4 lengths slowly as was out of breath.
Sat in jacusi for 20 mins
Had a great time!
