Hello and happy Thursday FS!
The sun is starting to come up ... Looks like it is going to be a beautiful chilly day. A couple more jammed packed days getting ready for our work conference that starts Monday. I will be out of pocket Monday thru Thur evening next week. I don't fear all the food that will be available but my main concern is not having time to eat properly being on the run all week to ensure everything runs smooth. It is and will be easy to grab something to keep running. Plus I probably won't have time to sign onto FS as my days will be long. But know, I will be thinking of you! Cheering you on! The good thing is that I will be running and on the go all day So I am hoping to burn calories! Hopefully I can wear my pedometer so it doesn't show so I can see my extra steps! Motivated for the day! Lunch ready! Bring it on!
