Stuck in the "Plateau " again… Did a 50 klm bike ride yesterday and the normal 1/2 hr walk at night diet's been good, ..same weight , hmmm:(

Give it a couple of days. Plus scales do lie. The whole truth could be a muscle growth and fat loss.

Yes I agree Jane and my scales are notorious for telling fibs…:) Apart from my exercise I do about 50 ab crunches a day which is showing in the mirror ! I know it'll take time but I get impatient !! :)

Agree Jane. Plateaus do happen may be a sign to make some changes; just small ones.
