I got on the scale and it seems to go up a little, yet my clothes feel a little loose. I have to keep my spirits up and remember the successes is not always predicted in the scale. There are many times I've been on this diet and was losing weight even if the scale wasn't moving in the direction I thought it would. I recently got a job as the infamous lunch lady and all I can say is I'm glad there are great fresh fruit/vegetable options, because some of the pre packaged stuff, frozen scrambled eggs especially, isn't all that appealing. Now I understand my children's drudgery of choices. I'm sorry kiddo's.
