Lost .4 pounds today - yay! Double what I lost last week! Going down s-l-o-w-l-y, but going down. My weight loss has really slowed since I started exercising, but I have noticed changes in my shape recently - probably due to exercising! When I look down, I don't see my belly. My belly actually feels flat (don't get excited, the flab is flat, but still there!) And I can fit into my "skinny jeans" just a little better - I can button the button! Another few weeks and I'll be wearing them! So it's all good.

They say adding muscle can cause your weight to increase. Focus on the changes in your body. When I feel like cheating on my diet, I try on my skinny jeans for additional motivation.

Awesome job. I really struggled when I started working out, not seeing the weight loss, then my husband commented that my clothes were all looking loose and that I was way to fixated on my scale...hate it when he's right...
