WE'RE GOING BACK ON THE PLAN
I've been off "The Plan" since Christmas Eve. Don't get me wrong, the food was amazing, but it has re-affirmed my WOE was working. I've been tired and lethargic in the mornings and in serious need of nap in the afternoons. I'm going back on "The Plan". Ketogenic - 30g or less every day. No BS! 150; I'm coming for YOU!
