AMAZING!

I honestly cannot remember the last time I was in the 160's. Any "way of eating" that "lets" you eat eggs, bacon, sausage all cooked in butter for dinner AND you wake up 1lb down is the only WOE I will ever need. Also, going on 16 hours from that last meal and I'm just now thinking about eating again. Unintentional intermittent fasting is THE BEST!

You decide what to eat and when; your body decides how much. Listen to your body.

Hi Dewy. Totally agree with you. Low Carb is easy to remember, easy to plan for, easy to stick to. And the results of slipping off the band-wagon very occasionally are insignificant. A really good way of eating for a food addict like me too.

... by the way... I had to google "hump dizzle" and got a young musical person of an unknown musical provenance returned, and that's it. I don't suppose you could help me with this one please Dewy? What is "hump dizzle" please? :)

Hump day... I frequently replace d- words with dizzle. because it adds some zazzle.
