I didn't weight myself today ~ I'm having my period and I usually gain a few pounds during my period ~ so I don't really care ~ So I been eating 1 meal a day and eat whatever I want... I should be watching what I eat ( I had pasta today ) I think from tomorrow on , I will do a strict calorie control meal plan . Eating outside is too expensive and I can't control my calorie intake (。´・ω・`。) So my plan is : 1. no starch (no rice, no bread, nothing ...nothing that contains starch ) 2. prepare my own meal every morning 3. go back to the gym after my period is over 4. say no to artificial sugar and other unnecessary sugar ( Only eat fruit for sugar consumption )
good news ! I stopped drinking coffee and energy drink ~ (caffein makes me unable to sleep , energy drink will lead to kidney failure )
For today, I think I'll go to sprouts and do some grocery shopping finally ( My fridge is filled with water and diet beverages)
grocery shopping list for this week 1. 1 box of organic salad 2.two organic avocado 3. 1 box of organic tomato 4. some organic bananas 5. 2 packs of organic chicken breast
( I think I need to eat everything organic from now on , since I'm only eating one meal a day , I need to make sure it's healthy so It's okay if they are little bit pricy )
