I thought this was a great poster because it's so true! It can be frustrating when the weight loss seems slow, but you just have to keep chipping away at it. EVERY. OUNCE. COUNTS.

Definitely true, but the way weight can bounce around it can be hard to actually detect that you're losing 1/2 lb a week!
