Wow, I have taken way too long of a vacation from this site. I need to get my ass on track! I have a week until a christmas party (still up 20 lbs from last year this time) and what, 2 until christmas and 3 till new years? If I can take it one week at a time with no breaks I can get back on track. I've been having bad ass anxiety so I've been taking xanax as needed but it's just making me want to sleep, but the alternative is feeling like a stark raving lunatic with electricity shooting out of every pore in my body. I'm not sure if I even know what it feels like to be normal anymore.
