Ok so I went away for 2 nights and went well off the plan i had set for myself. I was still better then my "Old Days" but did not eat as I have wanted to. had 3 meals a day with some bad foods, ie Chips, Chocolate... Back onto the healthy eating tomorrow and weigh in first time tomorrow morning.

I am disappointed in myself
