OK so I managed to stay low carb all day today.. prolly bc Im home. Tomorrow will be challenge at work. Im allowing myself to have fruit in the morning and not feel guilty about it. Im allowing myself some plain Greek yogurt and cottage cheese this week. Im setting some boundaries though. One fruit a day in the morning and either the yogurt or cottage cheese but not both on the same day. Im going to commit to not eating crap. I always post my goals for the week but the only goal I have this week is to take it one day at time and work on my unhealthy relationship with food. That and drinks lots of water. Can you have cauliflower? Cauliflower rice from trader joes has saved me on my low carb days. I pan fry with lemon juice, capers & diced green olives. Or, make it mashed with laughing cow, parm cheese, olive oil, salt & pepper. I eat it with my meals & yay! It's a veggie! Good luck!

you will find that day by day thing is the best decision ever. because for if you ruin one day it's just that day .you still have the rest of the week. tip: try also green tea with mint.

You can do a lot with cauliflower. It gives you that nice texture in dishes.
