God I feel jinksed joining here I had a good life I at still entering calories and over 1800 and i feel i did not eat this stuff got to get fixed or i going to eat to death from 3 freaking pills damn i was doing 2 1 hr water aerobic and 1 hr tabata to nothing but having ptsd attacks why cant drs if some one a ruthless as the YMCA puts a combat vet into war mode why cant it at least havt burne calories like crossfit geeze lol
