ok feel normal still no more sickness or pain , I ate clean yesterday and today is heavy weight training at 1030, so loading up on whey isolate and bcaa , creatine, and l-glutimate and a banana mixed in , at 7am if I may eat a chicken thy at 10 on way to gym just to have energy as hes going to step it up a notch , but today my mind is clear I feel ready to go thank god the other day I was ready to quit , weighed in lost only .5 lb in 2 days starting to slow down on loss was averaging 1 pound a day since I started
