OOOh! Was hard walking past the Publix scale and not stopping! I got carried away yesterday before 5pm trying to stay under my calories. Tonight I work until 1am and am off for the next 2 days which should help. I can tell I was really crabby with customers last night and was exhausted. Any advice on calories or carbs while doing an 18:6?

You have to find what works best for you of course. Finding the hours that works best with your own schedule may be a great help. Try counting back 9 hours from bedtime for your first meal. Have your last meal 3 hours before bed, and save your carbs (if you're doing carbs) for then. That way you're not fasting much while working, and if you have any blood sugar crashes it will be bedtime. Good luck in finding what works for you.
