Great job everyone! Even if you fall off your plan, just start over. like I said min-by-min if you need to, and that min is over so start over and do your best. When i was 110 lbs heavier I started over daily someday s,lol but I know one thing "I know I'll be hear for the important things....like when my kids get married, the birth of our grand kids, lots of things that I know I wouldn't be hear for if I didn't loose the weight. Just remember "you R worth it". Do it for you and not anyone else-you deserve it! believe me you will feel great. All it takes is to get started and don't stop.
