Thurs. 10/27 - running after John kicks my butt is really really hard. Much easier to start off running and then do some weights. warm up on eliptical 4 min at 8.0 on Level 3...probably couldn't sustain that but it was a good warm up. 3 min sprint at 4.5, then after some more stuff another 20 min run walk at 3.5 average. around .75 miles. I think I should get to a mile straight running before Dec.? Hopefully.
