I'm so disappointed in myself! I can do better than this. I must make myself get back into the groove and move this body regardless of the pain or die.
301.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 116.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

SO SORRY SWEETIE. I HAVE BEEN LIKE A BEAR OUT OF HIBERNATION THIS WEEK. I COULD EAT ANYTHING THAT MOVES. IT'S REALLY HARD SOME TIMES. JUST KEEP ON TRYING. THIS TOO SHALL PASS.
