I haven't weighted in since the middle of october so I finally did today and I was down three lbs. Just trying to eat in moderation and keep my calories under 1600. I haven't been excercising at all since getting trigemic neualgia (the meds suck the life out of me). Feel so good to be close to getting under that 200 lb mark. I have a family reunion in June of 2012. It would be great to be feeling great about myself and not have my family stare at me because of my weight.
