6am weigh-in in Sunday.
So far, I've done really well this past week. Tomorrow, I"m switching up my weight lifting routine to a 5x5 compound exercise only. Focusing more on strength.
Two more weeks until I visit family for the holidays. I'm dreading the food, holiday diet environment.....
