He he he... kalo puasa sih diet atau gak diet pasti bikin lemes bro. Yg penting jgn nyerah aja. Lemes paling 2-3 hari. Stlh itu biasanya enteng aja.

Yup betul tuh. Cma awal2 aj krn proses penyesuaian. Paling lama 5 hari gak smpi. Hbs itu lambung sama metabolisme menyesuaikan.., Keep fighting unhealthy behave bro... Hehe
