It's been almost a year since I fell out of my healthy eating habits. I was doing so well before; working out 6 times a week and sticking religiously to a clean diet I managed to lose 2 1/2 stone. I was feeling amazing, so much energy and my skin glowed. But I have managed to slowly get out of my routine and I can feel myself on a downward spiral. I work full time through the week so haven't got much time to meal prep or even achieve half an hour exercise. Or so I have been telling myself...
I've put on almost all of the weight I managed to lose and have finally decided I need to sort it out. As of today it's right back into the healthy lifestyle; even if it means staying up until midnight to prep my lunches/dinners and getting up at the crack of dawn to work out. Determined to get back to feeling and looking good!
