Home Workouts
Hi guys,

Just looking for a few ideas for home workouts. I used to go to the gym 6 times a week but I now work 12 hour days so don't seem to have the time through the week. I've started getting up early to go for runs but I feel like I'm totally out of touch with the fitness game.

I used to love doing circuits and interval training. Core work always made me feel good about myself too but it's been so long since I have done any of these things that I have forgotten where to start!

Do any of you have any home workouts you do that you enjoy?
