I didn't forget about you guys!
I have a really good reason for weighing in today instead of Monday...
Except that it may not be that good. ;)
I ate half of a pizza Sunday night. I was craving pizza all weekend, and normally I eat very well on Sundays to make up for my "cheat" day on Saturday. Well, Saturday wasn't too crazy, so I figured, I deserve to get what I crave every once in awhile. So, anyways, TLDR, I had pizza Sunday and it was delicious.
So because I knew I would be bloated Monday morning, I decided to weigh in today. :) Last week I was only able to run 4 times, which I guess is ok since I didn't run for 10 days. I played volleyball twice, too, which was fun. I can tell I'm improving, and it makes me very excited. :)
This week I'll be going back to the same old, same old of running 5 times a week, and volleyball 2 - 3 times.
