For days I have been trying to lose that last half a lb to be at 60lbs lost and I thought I would be able to lose it if I did yard work.
Nope. Went up 1.25lbs.
Hopefully it's just water retention or muscle building or something. I have to go with my mom for her appointment with my specialist today and REALLY wanted to have lost sixty lbs by the time we went to that. Oh well. I guess 58 is close enough
