Happy Wednesday FS!

Exercise and quality time with my brother! I've resisted some very tempting foods and treats during his visit and I'm quite proud of myself. I'm surprised I didn't cave but my desire to lose is greater right now ... And that's a good thing!

My legs are sore from exercise yesterday ... ;-)

Happy Wednesday to you Javadali! Way to resist temptation and stay on track. Now that you have seen that you can do it you will have confidence in yourself and little by little you can incorporate the right portion of certain snack when in that kind of a setting. As for the sore legs, it is the good kind of pain that will bring results. Keep it up.
