Arrived in Scotland after a long drive in which my hip knee and glutes were killing me. Better this morning and planning a walk along the beach to the little shop to buy veggies for our dinner later.
I had a couple of shots last night at the local, with water and enjoyed every drop. No alcohol today but lots of good clean food.
OK I'm off to look at the ocean.........
